MORNING

Children learn through games, simulations and real decisions, not lectures.

They work with budgets, prices, currencies, supply and demand, risk and profit, then apply those ideas in a simulated ski-resort business.

AFTERNOON

In the afternoon, children move from the workshop to the mountain.

Ski or snowboard sessions build confidence, coordination, resilience and risk awareness, while the resort itself becomes part of the learning experience.

They also see the resort economy they discussed in the morning operating around them in real life.

Managing business as a CEO

Your child will learn decision-making in real-life business scenarios, dealing with real ski resort businesses that surround them. Our partners are hotels, ski schools, ski lift and restaurants. Talking to the business representatives in controlled environment will give your child first-hand experience with asking the right questions and gathering the right information.

Skiing and/or snowboarding

Our philosophy is roothed in developing body and business mind hand-in-hand. Our partner provides first quality trainings of alpine aports and to the curious business minds valuable insight into specifics of their business.

Our weekly routine blends focused morning business workshops with afternoon alpine activity and creative outdoor venture building.

Workshops & Alpine Slope Sessions

Extended Learning & Snow Ideation

We start our morning having breakfast together before gathering in the conference room for workshops beginning at 10:00 am.

We share breakfast together and move straight into intensive business workshops running through until 12:00 pm in the conference room.

At 12:00 pm, we have lunch in the hotel restaurant and get ready to hit the slopes. A shuttle takes us directly to the snow, where we ski with our dedicated ski teachers for 2 hours.

After enjoying lunch in the hotel restaurant, we head outside to collaborate and work on our business ideas directly on the snow.

If your child is 6-7 y.o. do contact us. Our method supports learning at this cognitive level and we can accommodate children 6-7 y.o., if a large enough group is formed.

Your child knows to calculate up to 100.

That foundational math confidence is all they need to fully engage with our real-world trade and math activities.

We take care of everything from workshop materials and structured schedules to alpine safety and dedicated mentors, every single step is managed.

Our primary business simulations are crafted specifically for ages 8–11, encouraging peer collaboration, teamwork, and practical problem-solving in small interactive teams.

With one dedicated mentor for every six children, every participant receives individual guidance, encouraging feedback, and personal attention during workshop sessions.

We accommodate ages 6–7 with modified materials tailored specifically to match early cognitive development and foundational math levels.

Payment Terms & Ski Pass Information

Accommodation is payable in advance with a 50% deposit required to confirm your reservation. Ski pass prices will be published mid November.

The Pamporovo Hub winter session runs continuously from January 4 through January 21. Daily modules integrate intensive financial literacy and business simulation workshops with afternoon alpine sports training in the Bulgarian snow fields.
